- A bachelors degree in 0,1 Engineering
• Minimum 10 years as Precast / Hollow core Production Planning Manager
- Plans end prepares production schedules for manufacture of Elements
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Analyze production specifications plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing processes , tools and human resources requirements .
- plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Plans sequence of fabrication, assembly, installtion and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules o meet unforeseen conditions
• Prepares production reports
•Prepare list of required materials, tools and equipments and forward them to Factory Manager for issuing of Requisitions.
- Collect all the details for latest situations of all jobs through order file and plan for production and erection. to follow given programme.
- Coordinate with Design Manager, Factory Manager, Product Coordinator and Project Manger to achieve highest production for delivery dates.
- Get site report for all jobs before the decision on the final date of erection .
- Make sure that all jobs are cast as and when they are close to erection date to avoid unnecessary stock.
- Plan in such a way that we have less wastage and maximum output for all type of HCS and Precast items
- Use all stock available for suitable jobs and maintain as less stock as possible
- Coordinate with Design Manger, to get maximum approvals of drawing well in advance for production / erection programming.
- Make sure casting of elements is in sequence to avaoid delays in installation.
- Organize a weekly stock take for Precast and Hollow Core.

- Good communication skills ( written and spoken English is a must)
• Candidates with GCC experience will be given priority
