Job Description:
• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Civil Engineering • Minimum of 10 years experience. • Experience in the following area: a. Preparing Bill of Quantity for the items related to repair/modification works in Plumbing, Sewage, Drain lines, False Ceiling, Sidewall, HVAC and Cost estimate for the same. b. Good knowledge on Residential Complex and Building Maintenance work with related codes and standards. c. Able to read GA/Location Drawing and draw Mark- up drawing (As-built) for the rectification/modification wherever necessary. Duration: 2 months Tentative Commencement: 3rd week of April '09
