* Is responsible for managing studion and traffic of the creative output to ensure that company is able to produce creative and high-quality design which meets its clients’ needs.
* Is responsible for the overall efficiency and productivity management of the design output as well as seeks to identify any inefficiencies in the entire creative delivery process.
* Is responsible for maintaining archives of work in progress and final creative deliverables to ensure it is easily accessible, as and when required.
