JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate must have BSc. Or higher Education.
* Candidate should have At least two years’ experience gained in an IT support role -
Solid experience of installing and configuring firewalls, network switches, desktop
computers, laptops, server hardware, storage devices (including NAS drives).
* A good working knowledge of IP networking, Terminal Services, Windows Server,
Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IIS and RAID
* A Microsoft technical certification, such as an MCP, MCSA, MCSE or MCITP
qualification Experience in Exchange Server, Backup Server and SQL Server CCNA
and CCNP is an advantage.
* Must possess fantastic communication.
* Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
* Knowledge of ERP software would be beneficial to your application
* Experience of SQL database management or providing Microsoft Access database
support would be advantageous
