Job Description
Our client, a leading telecommunications firm requires a CRM / OM&F Specialist/ Manager to join its dynamic team in Oman.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor all the development activities for new PIDs.
• Manage the overall operation of the CRM/ OM&F system.
• Prepare recommendations on the way forward to implement BSS.
• Work with the existing BSS and OSS system and business requirements.
• Co-ordinate with business users, understand requirements and provide solutions.
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• At least 7 – 10 years work experience, with 5+ in BSS and Telecom.
• Strong knowledge of a well known CRM and OM&F system as well as Windows, Unix, C/C++, Pro*C.
