Urgently required for an experienced Property Development Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

* Assist with land sale and company corporate governance
   procedures.

* Identify scope and strategy for delivery of the development pipeline

* Support and assist with master planning and infrastructure
   planning teams.

* Assist Project Management with product definition, design brief,
   project brief, cost estimation and budgeting initiatives.

Job Requirements:

* Five years experience in the same feld.

* Proficient in Excel.

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Experience real estate development within retail, residential,
   hospitality and commercial sector.
Experience Range 05 to 10 Years
