We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive in UAE.

Job Details:
 
* Answering Inbound calls from Customers/Drivers/Restaurant.

* Respond to customer issues via email and phone.

* Investigate and resolve customer complaints and queries.

* Proactively Liaising with Drivers/Restaurants to ensure orders run
   smoothly.

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

* Pleasing personality.

* Minimum one year experience in the same field.

* Excellent computer skills.
