Responsibilities:
• Installing & configuring, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting a Nortel Networks solution/product.
• Analyzing and resolving routine technical issues (locally or remotely).
• Can apply knowledge of the topics tested to solve common customer support issues in most routine situations
• Responsible for checking the health of systems by continuous monitoring and checking using tools, reports and audit logs.
• Responsible for identifying upgrading needs new systems, tools and equipments.
• Responsible for managing changes, upgrades, enhancements and migration of systems.
• Responsible for performing regular backups and disaster precautions in order to keep systems operational and running.
