Dealing with Clinicians and patients on a daily basis. Providing the necessary support services e.g. (registration, booking appointments, answering telephone)

Required Skills / Knowledge:

High School Degree or above 2 years experience in the Customer Service Industry Bilingual (English / Arabic) is a must.

French is an advantage Computer Skills (Microsoft)
