Minimum Requirement : Candidate should be experienced Project Manager building factories with plant machinery.
Should have good understanding of waterproofing technology/products and market, understanding of operations , sales and marketing.
Candidate should possess financial numeracy with strong knowledge in production and manufacturing.
Candidate must have strong leadership skills, Good Communication and people skills and be passionate , hardworking with a can do attitude.
Role: Design and build a new factory, completion of commissioning, create a logistics plan for both on and off site operations.
Prepare and implement business plan and budgets.
Ensure company meets all the HSE requirements.
