Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering / Construction Management, with over 10 years of experience in a commercial management role in the building/construction industry.Currently employed in a similar role, he will have a minimum of five years experience in a senior commercial management role along with significant working experience of the broad array of contracts used in the UAE and experience of the delivery of interim commercial reports and end forecasts. Claims experience is also preferred. Undertake all commercial management functions and head a team of twenty plus Quantity Surveyors. Must make a positive contribution to business plans, commercial training and all project commercial activities, ultimately impacting on the overall profitability and success of the business. The broad remit of his role will include reviewing, negotiating and placing of subcontracts, major supply orders, managing supplier relationships and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to specification and to budget
