Job Description:
> Applicants should be a BSc / BE - Civil holder or equivilent qualified.
> Applicants should be a BSc / BE - Civil holder or equivilent qualified.
> Having MBA will be an advantage.
> Work experience of minimum 12 years is needed.
> Having experience in KSA will be beneficial.
> Accountable for overall project construction management.
> Co ordinating with the construction on site for day to day activity with Client and the Consultant’s Head office.�
> Act and provide immediately any required design drawing presenting site progress daily, weekly & monthly reports to Client, material, shop drawing approvals.�
> Monitor the projects, contractor performance for quality of works, time completion duration and cost effectiveness of projects.
> Monitor that the project is done according to specification, BOQ and approved construction drawings, etc.�
> Should possess excellent project and process management skills.
> Should have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
