·         Should have experience in same industry, minimum of 3 years.

·         Should have good communication​Skills & presentable.

·         Laundry attendant are responsible for collecting and washing the used and dirty linens from guest, rooms and other parts of the hotels.

·         Able to work independently.

·         Can carry heavy loads of linens around the hotel to the laundry section.

·         Should be customer friendly.

·         Responsible for washing, drying, ironing and folding the collected linens.

·         Delivering the same cloth collected from guest and from different department to the respective places respectively.

·         Should respond to the request of the guests, supervisors and, management in an efficient and timely manner.

·         Should maintain hygiene of the working equipment and the laundry cart.

·         Should inform any missing article from the guest room to the supervisor.

·         Assist customers with their laundry problem such as stains and faded colors.

·         Maintain the cleanliness of the laundry area.
