JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Multiple years of experience in troubleshooting & fixing Windows OS issues on laptops & servers. 

Very good experience in troubleshooting & fixing networking issues. 

Should have hands on experience in configuring Cisco router and fixing issues related with it. 

Experience in setting up & troubleshooting VOIP phones & Wireless access points in an enterprise. 

Hands on experience in troubleshooting LAN printers. 

Knowledge of Linux OS and other security technologies like firewall, VPN etc. 

Excellent English language skills.
