JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Perform general clerical duties.
> Maintain time sheet of the office staff.
> Support staff in assigned project based work.
> Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
> Set up and co ordinate meetings and conferences.
> Perform other duties as assigned by top authorities.
> Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
> Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
> Preference to applicants with communication skills in Arabic.
> Attend telephone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.
