JOB DESCRIPTION: MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING MANAGER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directs activities of Plant Facilities, Maintenance and Engineering functions.
2. Effectively manages a team consisting of engineers and skilled trades professionals.
3. Oversees the management of essential services; fire protection, utilities, sanitation, security.
4. Directs equipment installations & repairs and preventative maintenance programs.
5. Implementation & certification in all areas of Quality Assurance and safety.
6. Budget preparation, resource planning, feasibility studies, capital projects.
7. Support continuous improvement, plant technology modernization initiatives.
8. Provide outstanding leadership and support towards education and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor degree in Engineering.
* Proven leadership ability and demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Significant capital projects experience.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent analytical, project management and problem solving skills.
* Experienced in electronics and automatisms.
* With 5 to 7 years background in same position in a continuous production industry.
? Knowledge of industrial network of resources in KSA and in Riyadh.
? Capacity to set preventive maintenance program with the associated budget
? Ability to manage suppliers and local sub-contractors.
