Project Engineer
(Procurement & Coordination)

IBA invites applications from qualified, competent and career-oriented individuals to join the team 
of professional engineers, engaged in Project / Construction Management of various buildings and infrastructure at IBA.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be reporting to Director Projects and will be responsible for:

* Procurement of good and services from pre-tender stage to the completion and project closure
* Coordination with Architects, Consultants, Project managers and different panels of IBA
* Documentation of all processes, transaction records and presentation papers
 

Qualification & Requirements:

Candidate should have:

* BE (Civil Engineering) degree. MBA degree will be considered as an added qualification
* Minimum 7-10 years work experience with reputable organizations preferably in Contract 
Administration and Management
* Excellent Communication and Writing skills
* Sound knowledge of PPRA, SPPRA & PEC regulations
* Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Microsoft Project Manager.
