A Leading company for requires to Call Center Supervisor in Bahrain. Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalents and Minimum 5 years of experience/ 2 years in a Supervisory role in a call center. Must have proven track-record in creating and managing Inbound and Outbound campaigns as well as Surveys. Preference will be given to given to candidates with knowledge of call center solutions combining Ava ya IP Office 500 and Vocal com Hermes Pro. . Knowledge of CRM Systems like Sales Logix T is a big plus. Knowledge of IP Office and supporting IT. Must be fluent in written and spoken English and willing and able to travel.
