Job Summary: · Facilitate and coordinate the trainings (offshore survival. basic fire fighting, H2S) of NDC newly hired employees. · Manage operation and technical support of the Company's Scorecard system and the Key Performance Indicators “KPI's” including coordinating the preparation and measurement of the long term and annual corporate, functional and divisional strategies and objectives. · B.Sc in engineering, economics, business administration disciplines. · 5 years experience in HR department 2 years experience in similar positions. · Good Knowledge of career, planning & training development. · Fluency in English language with communications and interpersonal skills · Must be computer literate.
