Looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager in UAE.

Job Details:

* Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommends
   needed changes to policies.

* Reviews and approves payroll related payments including the
   monthly payroll run, salary increases, final settlements and bonus
   payments.

* Ensures the leisure facility organization chart and job descriptions
   are in place and updated as appropriate.

* Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at their assigned
   business areas.


Job Requirements:

* Degree or Diploma in HR or Business Management.

* Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.

* Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

* Good communication skills in English.

* Five years working experience.
