A telecom company in UAE is looking for an Operations Manger to join its dynamic team in Dubai.
Requirements:
> Applicants should be a University degree holder in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
> Additional professional certifications in Microsoft will be an advantage.
> Work experience of at least 5 years in operations in telecoms in the GCC is needed.
> Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is essential.
Responsibilities:
> Ensure outages are resolved in a timely manner and root cause is understood and problems eradicated.
> Provide functional leadership related to issue management and annual reviews to the CRM Operations staff.
> Collaborate with stakeholders in the design of CRM solutions to meet business challenges and requirements.
> Evolve standards that enable the design, build, research, analysis, troubleshooting and maintenance of support systems.
> Ensure projects align with approved project priorities and take overall responsibility for all operations and configuration management activities.
