Oil & Gas Industry Direct Hire: HR System Coordinator Position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Requirements:

> B.Sc/BA or equivalent Business Information Technology or Management Information System qualified.

> Minimum four years experience in the area of HR Business, implementation of computerized ERP HR Management Systems.

> He should have the ability to write concise reports and deliver effective oral presentation, perform extensive HR information and System evaluation and resolve problems arising.

> He will have to perform other related duties as assigned, including attending meetings with representatives of other departments to discuss ERP system issues.

> Excellent IT knowledge is essential especially ERP HRIS complete implementation, training and maintaining the same. Good communication and presentation skills are essential.
