An established investment management firm in Kuwait is looking for right candidates for the post of General Counsel. Work experience of more than 7 years in a similar position is required. Should be fluent in English as well as Arabic communication. 

Job Description:

♦ Represent the company in all legal matters

♦ Oversee drafting of contracts and legal documentation

♦ Coordinate legal work with the company's external legal counsel

♦ Negotiate on behalf of the company with counter parties

♦ Oversee compliance with regulatory authorities such as the Capital Markets Authority and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

♦ Prepare periodic reports and follow-up on approvals
