They are currently looking for a qualified:
 

Sharia Manager

* To check & monitor all kind of bank/Takaful transactions, accounts, activities, products etc 
in accordance to Islamic Shari’a rules & regulations in order to avoid any loss due to deviation(s) from the principles of Islamic Fiqh.

* Periodic review of bank/Takaful operations and investments and to ensure compliance with 
shari’a and harmonization with the decisions and fatwa’s of the board. 
Pre Audit – Shari’a Staff 
Assessment for bank/Takaful distribution channels and Operations.

* Prepare Shari’a audit plans, design Shari’a audit programs, and follow up for implementation 
of audit recommendations.

* Prepare periodical Shari’a Review report based on audit findings on bank/Takaful and present 
it to the Head of Shari’a Division.

* Provide with full required support to bank/Takaful staff members to solve the operational problems in respect to Sharia

* Assist in reviewing the legal Documentations and legal contracts related to different products 
and departments in bank/Takaful within an agreed time frame.

* Assist in reviewing agreements, policies, queries before submitting to Shari’a Board

 
Develop policies, guidelines and manual for Sharia Department


Participate in reviewing and discussing all 
kind of queries required before submission into Shari’a Board members.

* Assist in Shari’a Board Meeting preparations and communication with Shari’a Board
