Job Description

1. Service / enter / print the policies including endorsements for cash customers.
2. Enter policies / endorsements received from Brokers.
3. To service walk in customers.
4. To issue policy documentation.
5. Record keeping, filing, follow-up of Life business as per work allotment instructions issued from time to time.
6. Scrutiny of proposals and calculation of premiums.
7. Basic underwriting of proposals as per instructions of supervisors.
8. Attend to phones and messages in time.
9. Maintenance of premium register and commission records.
10. Work to be executed under the supervision of the Underwriting Supervisor and act as per his instructions and report any problems/ difficulties faced at work.
11. Handover completed cases to archive for filing.
12. Any other duty as allocated by the supervisors on a temporary or permanent basis.
