Qualifications
* A current role in these specific markets, focusing on sales operations within an FMCG organization
* A record of outstanding achievement in managing people and processes
* Past experience in managing a team of sales specialists, and marketing professionals
* Abilities such as strategy building, planning and the ability to negotiate; a good commercial awareness
* The ability to identify new business opportunities such as the acquisition of new brands / products
* Core strengths in the training and development of frontline sales professionals Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is pivotal to the organization as the incumbent will be responsible for the achievement of volume, distribution, pricing and merchandising objectives within the S.E. Asia region. In addition, he will participate in all marketing endeavors and recommend actions / strategies that will enhance market share. We seek an FMCG distribution specialist with about 5 to 6 years experience & at least 1 - 2 years in Southeast Asia. This must be supported by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and proven skills in sales operations accompanied by excellent man-management capabilities. On the personal front, the person must demonstrate strong analytical, planning, communication and negotiation skills.
