A well established leading company in UAE has vacancy for a Female Secretary. Work experience of at least 1 year in a same position is required. Need fluent communication skills in English. Should be a skilled professional with a presentable personality. 
Requirements:
> Strong skills in MS Office.
> Ability to work independently and as a team member.
> Excellent correspondence Skills. 
Responsibilities:
> Devise and maintain extensive filing system,
> Screen and answer calls and e-mails,
> Prepare local purchase orders ,
> To book for hotel and air tickets for both staff, customers and guests,
> Liaise with customers for training and conference sponsored by the company in and out of the country,
> Invoice select customer LPO’s,
