Job Responsibilities:

• Handling senior management team office work 
and administration

 • Compilation and preparation of management reports

• Drafting of letters and correspondence

• Co-ordination of incoming phone, fax, e- mail

• Arranging travel and hotel accommodation Skills 

Qualification Requirements:

• Excellent command of English

• Minimum five years experience

• IT literate and proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point

• Good written communication

• Ability to organize and work independently
