We are looking for an experienced Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

* Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.

* Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.

* Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate
    orders.

* Document expenses and hand in reports.


Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree.

* Proficiency in MS Office.

* Minimum one year experience in administration field.

* Good communication skills in English.
