Job Details:
* Screen telephone calls and direct them to the relevant person.
* Provide refreshments and escort them to correct location.
* Manage the facilities in the office.
* Administration with regards to filing, typing up important
letters / documents.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Good knowledge in Word , Outlook and Excel.
* One year experience in administration.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Smart and pleasing personality.
