Job Description:

Our client, a prestigious Investment Bank is looking for 
an Executive Director for their Fund management team in
Bahrain to focus on structuring Fixed Income.

It is a specialist role for implementation and execution 
within the Fixed Income field. The successful candidate 
will need experience in originating and structuring 
Sharia compliant deals. This is a hands-on position for 
a candidate to work closely with the team and take 
ownership over the Fixed Income field.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor and rebalance discretionary and 
systematic tactical asset allocation positions.

• Provide solutions and structure new funds whilst 
developing models and seeing the process through all 
stages. 

• Implement and support asset liability hedging as 
required.

Qualification Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are vital.

• The focus will be in the Fixed Income arena so 
candidates will need to display in depth experience of 
this.
