A Middle East based progressive company urgently requires an Operations Manager to join in UAE.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be an MBA holder in Business Marketing.
> Work experience of 3 to 5 years in a retail outlet within the Telecoms Industry is needed.
> Candidates having experience with a Handset Manufacturer or Distributor highly preferred.
> Effective communication skills in English and Arabic is needed.
> Should be experienced in preparing budgets, inventory control and logistics.
> Need strong leadership skills.
> Should have a commitment to direct and take the company forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Overseeing all activities directly related to products, sales and services.
> Random visits to showrooms all over the UAE to check and monitor branch operations.
> Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the pricing, sales and distribution of products.
> Develop and implement product marketing strategies including advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
