Job description
You will be responsible for recruitment in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You must have minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Abu Dhabi with extensive industry contacts, NOC from present employer and a valid UAE driving license. You must be between 24 to 30 years of age with good networking and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Understand the requirement and source suitable candidates
Preparing JD’s and planning postings / mass communication strategies
Screen and review CV’s. Work with various test procedures to shortlist candidates. Follow through till completion of recruitment life cycle
Work in client engagement patterns to fulfill open positions
Carry out any other tasks as may be entrusted from time to time
