Responsibilities
1)Back Office Engineer(Wireless)/Department: Managed Service Department/Reporting to: BO Manager 1. Responsible for BTS configuration and debug. 2. Open GCRMS Ticket. 3. Cooperate with Headquarter to deal with the network problems. Such as, get the statistics, configure files and PCU information. 4. Handle the daily problems . 5. Guiding the site engineer to fix the BTS problems, such as fault location, fault investigation and trouble shooting.

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Computers , Electronics/Telecomunication )
