Job Description:
Responsible for the negotiation with the clients, receive the confirmed orders, establish contractual standards, templates, procedures and controls for all contract realted works with consultants, subcontractors and third party suppliers. This covers the implementation of tender and contract proceedings, evaluation of tenders, appropriate documentation of consultant/contractor scope, preparation of pre and post contract documentation, development and implementation of a contract mangement system. To work closely with the projects, finance and engineering team for techncial and commerical requirements. To contact the clients to get more orders and meet their obligations to complete the projects withing the budget and stipulated time limit.
Profile:
Excellent communication with technical and commercial skills to promote the business and project management. Initiate and submit the tenders, attend technical meetings and receive the order. Project Execution, commercial negotiations and contracting strategeies.Administer ongoing contracts, implement contractual correspondence with service providers, consutlants, subcontractors, and other statutory bodies and advise management appropriately. Develop, obtain approval and implement the marketing and pricing strategy. Manage and maintain itnernal and external client relations offering tailor made solutions within defined parameters.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil ) , PG - Master of Architecture ( Architecture )
