As a Maintenance Assistant you will make daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the store that could result in routine maintenance and repairs like painting, carpentry, plumbing, fixing the store equipment and any related building components.
Skills:
To be successful in winning this role, you will be able to demonstrate
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, wall covering and tile work
Ability to perform tasks with tools, ladders, and lifts in a safe and effective manner
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively with supervisors and co-workers
Ability to meet deadlines
