Manager of Operations
Responsibility for daily operations management of Al Qasim facility.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures VPC performance and contractual compliance at Al Qasim facility
- Plans, manages, and controls day to day activities of Operations staff
- Assists Director of Operations with planning, staffing, budgeting, and setting priorities
- Reports to Director of Operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years managing a quality assurance/quality control function in transaction processing and/or call centre environment
- Experience with Red Light/Speed Enforcement operations desirable
- Project management knowledge desired
· Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
· Fluent in English is a must. Arabic is a plus
- Strong personal integrity and ethical behaviour
- methodical approach and excellent listening skills
- Must be able to work in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia
