An established International Contracting Company with multiple offices in the GCC region They have completed a large variety of high value projects within the Oil and Gas sector and are currently in the process of expanding their multinational team
Job Description
Drafting new contracts and reviewing existing agreements and new proposals with external advisors and project related contracts (experience in privately financed projects is preferred)
Drafting Term Sheets and RFP documents
Coordinating and following up with other business units within the organization on the formation of new companies along with the preparation of all related documentation including power of attorney, shareholder agreements, articles of association and related documentation
Skills and Experience Required
You must have a good understanding of the drafting and reviewing of project documents and project related contracts
You must have good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be fluent in English, both written and oral
You must be highly computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of programs especially Word and Excel
You must have the ability to solve any technical and commercial problems encountered during the contract formulation process
You should have a good working knowledge of administering FIDIC, ICE and other similar contract formulation standards
You must be capable of accepting responsibilities and accomplishing project objectives within the agreed schedules
