IT HELP DESK ANALYST With IT Degree - Arabic 
Speakers Only. Dhs 10,000 - Dhs 11,000. On behalf 
of our client, a global leader in the oil industry, 
we are recruiting IT Professionals to work as IT 
Help Desk Analysts in their Middle East head office 
in Dubai. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be 
expected to act as the first point of contact for 
all IT-related issues for the company’s employees 
across the Middle East, Africa and Europe. The 
successful applicant will have a Computer 
Engineering Degree and must be fluent in both 
written and spoken English and Arabic. The work 
will be in a 9-hour shift covering the hours from 
8AM-11PM. The work week is 5 days with a 2-day 
weekend. ONLY Arabic speakers should apply.
