| Major Responsibilities: | Manage and adhere to company policies.Installation of residential and commercial flooring according to manufacturer's specifications.Clean and prepare sub-floor to receive flooring according to manufacturer's specifications.Deliver and store materials on work site.Demolition of existing flooring.Supervise and train helpers and additional installers on projects.Walk jobs with Superintendent upon completion and address any concerns.Clean job site daily before leaving.Provide daily written reports detailing production, man power, job site conditions and materials usage/needs.Manage helper timesheets.Wear required uniform and safety equipment.Be punctual arriving at work and to job sites.Be responsible for checking out and maintaining company tools and equipment.Assist warehouse personnel when loading and unloading vehicles and check loaded materials to verify accuracy. |
