*The candidate must have obtained minimum a Graduate Degree in Civil or Agriculture Engineering
*Must have proficiency in English and Hindi communication
*At least twelve years of working experience for a civil engineering business working on infrastructure, groundworks or roads projects.
*Ability to control meetings, delegate tasks, pull projects together for the successful delivery.
*Slight experience of working in the Middle East.
*High graded management skills
