Job description
• Supports servers, network and desktop hardware, software and applications.
• Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources.
• Implements and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan.
• Assists with technology planning through ongoing research.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 2003 R2 servers and desktop products .
• Demonstrated knowledge of Citrix , Cisco ASA routers .
• Demonstrated knowledge of setting up remote access and VPN for users.
• Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers.
Qualifications
Any Related IT certificate.
Network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail systems including internet access, office and applications support) Manage Windows Active Directory for security and policies.
