Job Description:
An Investment Company requires a qualified Administrative Secretary.

Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings and functions.
- Sort and respond to incoming email / correspondence, screen telephone calls.
- Review documents, do research and produce summary reports.
- Produce presentations and liaise with colleagues and teams managing specific projects.
- Diary management.
- Book travel and co-ordinate travel itineraries.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.

 Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A very high level of English proficiency is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage changing priorities.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible with working hours when required.
