Key responsibilities:
1. Responsible to exercise considerable judgment and initiative to take any reasonable action to manage the Presidents office in the proper and most beneficial manner.
2. Co-ordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the President.
3. Co-ordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments for the President.
4. Create and maintain an effective filing system.
5. Provide concerned entities and divisions with copies of decisions made by the President.
6. Attend the telephone and visitors for the President in a pleasant and professional manner.
7. Handle all correspondence related to Presidents office.
8. Perform the authorities delegated by the Presidents efficiently.
X. University Graduate with extensive related experience.
X. The candidate must be a bilingual with excellent communication skills and high proficiency in Business Communication.
X. Knowledge of management practices and procedures.
X. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
X. Ability to deal effectively with the public in giving and obtaining information, referring and arranging appointments.
