Job Description:

Our client, a leading real estate company is looking for the following professional to join its team: MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT. Ref: FIN/2822. Successful incumbent in this role would be an Inter CA/ICWAI with three to five  years of experience in a similar role.

Job Responsibilities:

 Provide full accountancy services, which include the preparation of estimates, budgetary control and final accounts for the business units; prepare monthly trading accounts for the units to ensure that financial targets are met; monitor the transactions entered in the ERP system to ensure that the information is accurate and provided on time for analysis and decision making; prepare and monitor cash flow projections records to determine whether funds have been used optimally or there is need to raise additional funds; other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
