Job description
Support SBM in achieving its business goals of market share and profit.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
Recommend and implement goals, objectives and practices for providing effective and efficient services.
Secure staffing resources as needed to meet work plan objectives and critical Territory Objectives.
Plan, organize, supervise, review and evaluate the work of staff in a manner conducive to high sales performance and personal accountability.
Assist the Business Development departments in identifying new technology offering needs and solutions to enhance market shares and position the department as a lead in the market.
Qualifications
BA or BS degree (MBA is preferred)
Arabic speakers Preferred.
