HR/MD Interface Engineer Contract Hire Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Requirements:

> Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Engineering.

>Should have minimum five years experience in HR preferably in petroleum industry and knowledge of drilling operations.

> Should have an experience in Human Resources (HR) Industry training, career development and recruiting.

> Computing skills including MS Office needed.

Role:

Responsible for coordinating all issues and plans related to training, recruiting, and CAMS administration, succession planning and career development within the Well Operations. The position is the focal point between Well Operations and Company’s HR, Manpower Development (MD), BPOD and Competency Assurance (CA) Sections, as appropriate.
