Requirements:
1. MBA(HR) with minimum 10 years experience in the HR field, out of which at least 3 years in UAE in the same capacity.
2. Must have managerial exposure in Manpower planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management systems, implementation of policies and procedures in line with Group HR Department.
3. Must have an eye for diversity enhancement for the organization.
4. Experience in Emiratization will be an added advantage.
5. Exposure to Implementation of employee development practices and positive employee relations is desired.
6. Must have the experience in overseeing the administration department of the company.
7. Must possess good knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
8. Arabic speakers will be preferred for this role.
