An international Holding Company is searching for a CEO to join headquarters in Bahrain. The ideal candidate who will report to the Chairman of the Board of Directors has to provide innovative leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.
• Manage foreign operations to include evaluating operating and financial performance.
• Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources.
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organisation.
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
• At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role for a large division or company in the GCC.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
