Our client, a family entertainment organization is looking for an Operations Manager to join its�expanding team in Bahrain. The successful candidate has to ensure stable business ethics�and that every aspect of the operation is managed and directed safely and efficiently in a�professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure that the staffing overhead does not supersede the budgeted figures unless justifiable.
• Promote the business through events, promotions, advertising and other possible means.
• Train all staff and set the right example for all staff to follow.
• Maintain the building, fixtures and fittings in a clean, safe and good working condition at all times.
• Monitor, analyze and improve all operational systems and make sure that all systems are in place and are running correctly.
• Oversee all orders, supplies and deliveries and maintain direct contact with all suppliers.
• Promote the business through events, promotions, advertising and other possible means.
Qualification Requirements:
• At least one to ten years professional experience in similar role, ideally in the entertainment industry in the GCC.
• Graduate level degree, preferably a Masters Degree in the relevant field.
• Ability to travel abroad on business trips and must be PC literate.
• Working on public holidays maybe required due to the nature of the business.
